Privacy
We do not handle or manage any data related to the processing of your payments. We operate as a service to introduce payments institutions in numerous regions to merchants mainly in real time at your request.
1. Data Controller
We are the data controller of our website (horizonfin.tech); we are not the data controller of the various brokers’ websites, products and services offered through our product. It follows that personal data may be processed by other persons on behalf of us (“processors”, “payment institutions”, “PSPs”etc.), in accordance with our introductions. We use third party service providers for the hosting of the website, and for the ultimate provision of the products and services we may or may not introduce you too (including, without limitation, the processing partners of our partner payment institutions, card issuers, the card processors, and providers of know-your-customer (“KYC”) and due diligence services as well as data partners providing statistical market information to us), and you are solely responsible for ensuring such organisations support your own standards and requirements in managing all forms of data.
In addition, distributors or other business partners and service providers may process personal data in relation to our customers as a data controller in their own right. We are not responsible for the processing of personal data by any organization or person acting as a data controller outside of the components of this website and our introductions.
When we refer to “processing”, this includes collecting, transacting with financial institutions, recording, organising, storing, altering, using, disclosing and deleting of personal data.
2. Type of information collected and purposes

We may also process information about you in order to maintain internal or external know your client and fraud prevention and due diligence checks that we undertake from time to time. We are not in any way limited by where we may carry out our searches in this regard.

(i) The performance of our obligations under the agreement entered into between you and us (including the applicable Terms and Conditions)
(ii) Promotion and marketing of our products and services
(iii) Internal assessment and analysis, research, statistics and the development and improvement of our products and services
(iv) To protect our services and products from illegal or unauthorised use or by unauthorised persons, and to detect and intervene in any such illegal or unauthorised use or access to our products and services
